Maddie is a certified fitness coach and women’s health mentor who’s helped hundreds of women build confidence, consistency, and a healthy relationship with movement. After overcoming her own struggles with all-or-nothing habits, she created this challenge to help other women start the new year with structure, support, and simple habits that actually stick.
